Cancellation/Refund Eligibility
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
* Time Limit: You have *three (3) calendar days* from the date you purchased the item to request a refund/cancellation.
* Proof of Purchase: Your refund request needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
(Note: Since this is an online course platform, the original requirements for a physical item being "unused and in the same status" are replaced by the general requirement for refund eligibility within the 3-day window and proof of purchase.)
Refunds
* Processing: Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have checked your purchase. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the request.

* Initiating the Refund: If your refund is approved , we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

* Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days , depending on your card issuer's policies.
